Field Trip: Briggs Garden Center, Massachusetts

We are fortunate to have this great garden center within driving distance. Established in 1961, it is a great resource for plants and flowers. I usually visit before Memorial day to buy vegetable plants and again in the fall for decorative gourds, pumpkins and cornstalks. Here are some flower pictures from today’s visit. I also bought vegetables and lettuce – check back for a blog post about my new veggie patch (still under construction)!
